HERD BUILDING GENETICS
Our registered and commercial cattle herds are built on the idea that cattle should make the producer profit, not create an expense for your farm. Starting with some of the best foundation stock in North America we have built a herd that works in our region. Through careful selection, we offer cattle that grow well in the Southeastern climate on low inputs without sacrificing fertility.
The base of our registered herd are excellent registered Herefords which we cross with commercial and registered black Angus genetics. The result are black baldies with outstanding growth and maternal instinct. We use these animals to grow our recipient herd for embryo transfer.

Petunia
Petunia had a one year season in 2020 as a show cow. She won Grand Champion in the Commercial Division at the Dickson County Fair, and will calve for the first time November of 2021. Petunia is sired by C 2052 5280 LAD 6107 ET and her dam, HAF 83Y IZZY D056 ET, is a NJW 98S 100W HANDSHAKE 83Y daughter.
RBF 2040 MAGNOLIA G011 ET
Reserve Grand Champion in the Hereford division at the 2020 Dickson County Fair. Magnolia is a Perks 144U Right Track daughter and her first calf hit the ground in September of this year. It’s hard to appreciate her length without seeing her in person.
